Reasons why Neuvillette is better and this is coming from a guy who have both of them -

1) Ppl are forgetting that Neuvillette beam can bypass wooden shields.
2)The guy can literally move like a robot while also attacking at the same time. He has HUGE AOE which means you don't have to go near to the enemies to attack them.
3)He has the most simplest kit in the game for a beginner
4) his team is the MOST f2p friendly in the game. You can give him even the trashiest characters in the party like xinyan, dori, etc and he will still hit hard because all he needs is 3 different hydro reactions.

Not saying arlechhino doesn't hit hard. I have also cleared abyss 12 with her but dmg is not the only thing that makes x character better than y character.
The only character who can compete with Neuvillette is gonna be pyro sovereign.

Neuvillette, Arlecchino and Alhaitham… in that order, for a number of reasons. Consistency, access to ftp weapons, survivability and flexibility without cons. Or just at C1…. Though Alhaitham could be 2nd here…

As someone who has all 3 of them along with. Navia, hutao, wanderer, xiao, ayato, ayaka, yae and cyno. The one I enjoy playing with the most is yelan and xianyun.

Alre is super strong, but i honestly prefer Alhaitham and Neuvilette over her, since they are safer to play. Arle is either playing with shield and losing dmg or she's playing risky with high dmg but one hit and ya done. Also Neuvi and Al are easier to build and with Arle they share the spot of 3 top dps's so yeah.

As an user of both neuvillete is better
Its not skill issues or any thing like that
Neuvillete deals the same dmg ( some times a bit lower)
In a bigger aoe
With more hp
And better healing
He also does not have that
Life bond system which causes dmg deacrease
He is just an undeafetable tank
I put him solo on one side of abyss
And then arlechinno with kazuha mona and bennete on other side

Neuvi is still my fave. Very tanky, heals himself and consistent high damage. Arlecchino is very risky, high damage but it decreases over time and can only be healed by her burst. Alhaitham unga bunga everything with hyperbloom team 🤣 but all of three, my fave is alhaithan.

1. Neuvillette (best since he's tanker, and can heal instantly also huge aoe charged atk)
2. Alhaitam (very high dendro damage spread yet also needs mastery to play just like u play childe)
3. Arlecchino (high damage yes but it decreases over time also high risk u get knocked out)

point is just choose which one u like guys

I think Alhaitam can be no. 2 if you are good at utilizing his mirror. His kits are more complex than Neuv and Father.

To be honest they all excel in different categories so its hard to find who is the best
Arlecchino excels as a single target main dps
Neuvillette excels as an aoe main dps
Alhaitham excels as a reaction based main dps

I have all 3 of them this is my rating for them, Alerchino: good against bosses who don't move much, dies easily so lacks practical combat strength, but does the highest DPS out of all of them, novelette: great continuous DPS, really practical since he can't die, and is easy to build a team for him. Alhaitham: easy to build and great for beginners, absolute monster in terms of AOE dmg when paired up with Nahida.

I was an Arlecchino skeptic and have my Furina/Neuvillette team, which i absolutely love, but....OMG is Arlecchino strong!
Wasn't going to pull her, but decided to try her on my 2nd account...

Now have C1 on my main account and am loving her.

Ah the same ganyu vs hutao debate, with neuv vs arle, one consistent super high dmg, other one pffers crazy high peak damage intervals, neuv is better for low spenders and f2ps wanting to 36* abyss(from a f2p who has both)
