Switch or Switch Lite?

I have always wondered how people don't like the Switch in portable mode because I love my Switch Lite!

I don’t mind the OG switch in portable mode at all, no issues with feel or fit

Lite is so much better on size and weight. It’s way easier to use for quick sessions on the go. Less creaking too because of the one piece construction.

D-pad is hit and miss for me. It feels great for some games but the placement is less ergonomic. My left thumb gets tires when playing some retro games after 30 minutes.

I just bought a switch lite even tho i have the OLED, but imma make the OLED my home console and the lite my travel as its way more portable for travel

More comfortable for sure, I regret getting rid of my Switch Lite. I have the Switch oled, and while it is awesome it’s heavier and a little more cumbersome.

Debatable since I use the switch lite for portable mode but when you play games like Fortnite the graphics are plain but when you compare it to the other like the regular or OLED they have good graphics.

Not really on the switch lite depad is So much better but I understand why Nintendo made the original switches D pad like that it’s so it can also act like a normal standalone controller

I have a switch v2 and I play in handheld and docked, I only play in handheld when I'm on the go or when someone else uses the tv.

Well I'll say this. I had the og switch and I've used a switch light. And the materials on the og are much better and have a premium feel. And the lite does feel ALOT more plasticicky I do feel the build qaulity is ALOT better because it's unibody. Playing my og switch in portable sometimes made me feel I was gonna snap a joy con off

I honestly don’t notice anything different at all, the switch lite is just the switch but with different colors, smaller, and with less functionality, but honestly I don’t really care that much if I’m using the normal switch or the switch lite
