I know the audience often comes down on Simon when he stops a performance because he just knows the song is wrong for the artist or when they are just "winging it". And, even other judges criticize him sometimes. But, Simon is as a producer as much as a judge. And, 99% of the time Simon's "ear" and intuition is spot on, especially when he is adament when telling the performer, "You've got it all wrong"...because, always, the second song becomes a winner for the artist.

I also like that, when a performaer is sent back stage to learn a new song, the folks helping the performer are obviously actual producers & vocal coaches, giving the performer every chance of doing well on their return to the mike.

When you give birth to your child, you get this little baby in your arms for the 1st time, such a special feeling ( I remember it well, at 61 yrs of age now ) ... You look down at this helpless, 100 % depending on you little human being ... and have all these hopes and dreams for this newly born daughter / son ...( I was lucky and got 1 of each ) .
But as a mum, you probably NEVER expect, that 1 day in your lifes, you're going to end up, standing on stage to actually sing with your offspring ... ❤❤ This beautiful baby girl you gave birth to, turned out to become 1 of your BEST FRIENDS that you'll ever have & love in your life ...
And to stand there, on stage, hand in hand as one, singing in front on 4000 + people, WHAT AN AMAZING JOY YOU BOTH MUST HAVE FELT ?
