David Goggin will always say; Don't stop when you're tired. Stop when you're done. It’s such a blessing that my partner and I aren’t just married, but we’re also each other’s best strategic partner in the gospel and in business. We compliment each other and we have an Adviser to work with. Praise God!! And thank you for this awesome content!

The world is less ugly with David Goggins in it. I’m thankful for him sharing what he’s learned, reminding us to build our confidence up, being mentally & physically tough, while becoming a better human being.

I wanted to add a comment here. On 7/4/23 i weighed 375lb. I made a decision at that point to stop living an easy life. I decided to push and challenge myself for 1hr every day. Started with cardio. I did 1hr of cardio every day for 2months. Here recentive started adding freeweights to my routine which still includes cardio. I weighed 315lb today 9/9/23.

Thank you.

Watching this guy pulled me out of a mindset where I was considering suicide.

Thank you Goggins, I’m happy to be alive.

I must turn all my pain and failures into fuel for victory. I must become better

I think one thing he's not aware enough about himself is that he's actually doing it all for others. He mentions it here and there but it hasn't penetrated his mind yet. The reality is that you don't want to make this kind of colossal effort for yourself alone. It is only when we are called to be there for others that we really shine. And Goggins is shining for all of us, he is really an inspiration. Reminds me of another man so much.

_"Why put in the effort to develop yourself if it’s not for something bigger than you, if you don’t find a role there that requires that of you, needs that of you? And the world needs something from you."_ *_Marshall Vian Summers_*

I used to think it was so corny, the saying you have to be your own best friend, but now I get it. I was at war with myself because of a dysfunctional childhood and who I thought I was. David Goggins has helped me so much!

I Was diagnosed with aspergers as a young boy. I didn't do well in school at times. I was always having a hard time paying attention and picked on by my peers non stop. I felt like a loser and didn't feel valued. However I knew there were things i was passionate about. I used that as a gift to try to stay on track. At one point i wasn't much of dedicated man but after realizing my gifts for my passion, it inspired me to work hard to figure out whatever it would take to overcome challenges, as i took whatever it took to get far in life, when i graduated high school in 2017, i got accepted into a university where i decided to pursue a bachelors of science degree, at first i started off with fialing classes, i had thoughts i couldnt' do this i'm incapable, but i told myself i'm not incapable i just need to study harder and use different strategies after 6 years of dedication, i achieved my bachelors of science degree last June this year. Nothing can limit you, only you can limit yourself.

The only aspect of growth Mr Goggins hasn't touched upon is sometimes, *sometimes* it takes courage to stop and walk away from something.
