I work at target.

We have mannequins of all different body types, FOR WOMEN. Fat, pregnant, skinny, fit, very fat.

But for some reason, evey adult male male mannequin is fit, with abs, sloght forearm striations, isolated chests, lean af.

The double standard is crazy. But tbh i don't mind, it gives us a goal to strive towards.

As an honorary grammar police I wanna clear up that “as fast as a cheetah” is actually a simile, not a metaphor. Similes compare two things by using “like” or “as” while metaphors do not.

A metaphor they could’ve used instead is “he/she is a cheetah”
