Glycemic index and glycemic Load are different. Glycemic Load in most fruits are less. They don't cause liver damage. Fruits heal liver and help liver.
Fructose syrups, fruits juices, ketcup and most sauces are damaging to liver not fruits.

The Fructose in fruits behaves differently from HFC, human made fructose, or man made white sugar - which also contains Fructose. Those are the culprits, not Fruits.

Sir good information medically. I am 51 years old and consuming fruits everyday since 20 years in foreign country. I dont have any problem. Why doctors are going after fruits and promoting meat. No doctor talk against meat. Fruits are given by nature and they dont do any harm to human body if taken in limit. Monkeys dont know this fructose theory but they are healthy by eating fruits. Sorry for the view

To kyaa fal nhi khana चाहिए बोलो फलाहार तो बहुत अच्छा होता h cooking bhi nhi krni hoti
Or खीरा अमरूद ( जाम ;बीही) और जामून में तो शुगर nhi hotaa usko to शुगर के बीमारी में लोग खाते है
