FIXING AND UPGRADING MY VOLVO V50 (FAIL!)

My cheap Volvo V50 is still plagued with problems, from a coolant leak to a wobbling driveshaft. In this video, I'm attempting to fix all of the problems my car still has. I also want to fit a Ford Focus RS oil cooler to my car, but it doesn't go to plan!

I had my focus rs oilcooler welded to two straight pipes to fit :)

The driveshafts are actually supposed to have that axial play at 12:28. what you don't want is radial play in the cv joints or the actuall shaft for that matter.
The driveshaft will split apart like that too, thats part of the design! very tedious if you manage to split it by accident while doing a wheel bearing or something :/ Good video in any case!

I recommend getting aliexpress mirror sequential signal lights. I got a pair for my c30 for under 10$ and look great!

why not just buy a longer coolant hose to get the focus rs oil cooler to fit?

My vovlo had the axle shafts replaced 3 times, it was a nightmare. You could have drained the coolant using a syringe, very little would have spilled.
