Rove says he therefore expects the president now to step aside and he assesses the likely field of Democratic presidential contenders.

I think people are underestimating how arrogant Biden is. He was always, always always going to run for a second term. For instance look at his choice for the vice president. Instead of picking someone who might actually pick up the mantel. He chose someone so unpopular that wouldn't challenge him in any way. He also has an inner circle that have a vested interest in him running. He's not gonna quit. No way.

Joe Biden’s disease/ego made him setup this debate and he demonstrated ever ongoing decline as he is in stage 2 or even stage 3 dementia. He points when he is lost, speaks when he shouldn’t, has emotional outbursts, poor short term memory which makes him appear to lie or he is lying. He has bradykinesia, unsteady gait, presbylarynx which has progressed over years, inability to complete a thought so he becomes lost and is disengaged with staring episodes. He has had numerous falls. Anyone with knowledge about dementia sees this for what it is. Shame on his family and those who keep him in office. His decline is not new. America deserves so much better.
