It available only in few selected countries only. Facebook wants to make money by selling Oculus in all the countries but when it comes to customer care, they act like only chosen ones get the treatment.

Sorry I had to re-upload to hide some personal info! Also, if you're planning on getting a Quest 2 I suggest waiting a few weeks due to the recall. They are pulling the 64GB model entirely and offering the 128GB at the same price with the new silicone facial interface cover included.
