But Do not just leave electronics plugged in every night.
When you do it too much It’s dangerous and damaging for the battery.
When the battery goes through this too often in a protracted time, the battery may gradually start to malfunction and get weakened.

Wrong, all modern devices just stop charging once theyre full. Actually technically they dont even charge to full capacity to avoid damage.

i left my old quest two plugged in whenever i wasnt using it, it would sit there for weeks plugged in and it never got damaged at all

Lol everyone freaks out about that. Ive had mine since released and 3 times now ive stopped playing for months and left it plugged up for multiple months without ever unplugging it. The battery has been effected but not enough for me to give a shit

This happens no matter what you do, however the battery can die a little faster if you charge it overnight, but it is to small of a difference to notice. Also it is the same as charging your phone overnight.
