I've made lasagna at least 50 times in my life, but have always used mozzarella, not ricotta. I have a bunch of recipes that call for ricotta so I'll give it a try. Thanks for letting us watch.

If you are making a smaller version at home i would suggest making your own pasta, it is worth it.
