Is learning English something you do to relax so that you have a healthy life? In this English lesson I will teach you English words and phrases related to healthy living.

We all want to be healthy. We want to have a healthy mind, body, and spirit. English class (when it isn't stressful) is a great way to improve your mind, and if you find it a break from the everyday, it can also help your mind and spirit!

In this English lesson I'll help you learn words and phrases like: work/life balance, meditation, vitamins, home cooked meal, regular checkup and more!

I hope you enjoy this English class about healthy living!
