In this English lesson I'll help you learn English words and phrases to talk about healthy living. This will be more than just a vocabulary lesson. I'll also make sure to teach many phrases that you can use in English to talk about healthy living.

You'll learn words like workaholic and stress and phrases like stop and smell the roses and work/life balance.

I hope you enjoy this English lesson about healthy living.

It is New years day basis of lunar calendar in Korea. I want to say Happy new year~Be healthy .To be halthy, i like hiking at mountain with my husband and try to eat less greasy food, sweets. But it is not easy. Thank you Bob.
