I got their adult version just yesterday and I like it. It doesn't feel harsh on my gums, but that's probably because I don't have sensitive gums. I found it to clean quite well though it was stronger than I thought and since I've had some crowns done and my front teeth still need to get covered I have to use sensitive mode. We'll see what my dentist says about my teeth when I see her again in February.
