I'm so happy to find a local source for chalk paint.  Now it's just a trip to Home Depot instead of ordering online and paying shipping costs.  I love Americana acrylic paint; it's a quality product.  I'm sure the chalky paint will be too.

Yes santanaA02 it will! Make sure you seal it really well though with the soft-touch varnish since Ikea has a plastic type feel to it, it'll easily scratch off if not.

I have a small bathroom wall painted with varnish.  I want to change the wall color to white.  Do you think this will work without sanding  or priming it?

Can I this this with water? Don't really need it to go on as thick for my latter coat(s). Just need it to cover/finish off the coats I've already put on. Seems like a waste to apply latter coats with original thickness.

The Americana chalk finish paint is worthless. Didn't work at all to cover rv cabinets.
