Ingredients List
● 1 butternut squash
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tsp salt
● 1 tsp pepper
Directions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
2. Cut the butternut squash in half horizontally.
3. Peel the squash of the butternut squash.
4. Cut the butternut squash into 1-inch cubes.
5. Put the butternut squash in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
6. In the mixing bowl, mix the seasonings and the butternut squash.
7. Cook in the air fryer for 18 minutes and flip halfway through.
