Wow, you definitely had a great year for your garden. I didn’t get as much as you did but mine definitely did much better. Almost time for fall clean up and planning for next years garden. I’ll be checking out all the seed catalogs and once again over ordering. Fun times!!

If you ever have an extra sunflower once you pick the seeds and fluff out, the core is really similar in flavor and texture to an artichoke heart, they are quite delicious!
