I definitely think Quasar is a great new option, but it by no means outclasses anything we have currently. Despite its advantages, it comes with some serious downsides that must be considered. It's good, but it's in an appropriate spot, balance wise!

My take on it is different to what most people say but I feel the CaseOh cannon is very good against automatons but mediocre against bugs exception being bile titans. I feel the long charge up time is such a downside against bugs but barely an issue for bots. Against bugs I would still bring the eat but the CaseOh cannon is a new staple in my bot loadouts. Also the new hmg takes way too long to reload and has no ammo it feels like the supply backpack is a must. So to use it you already take up two stratagem slots. I feel a good compromise would to make it a backpack lmg give it like 6 or 7 mags.

This thing is great, it doesn't have any projectile fall off, so if you spot spore spewers or broadcast towers you can literally snipe them across the map. And yeah, I'm speaking from experience.

Imo its situationally better than the EAT but they still have their own places, the EAT can be much quicker on the draw when multiple dropships are coming in at once for example. Still super nice to have though.

The Quasar cannon is great for its versatility, but it's faster to shoot a railgun. Even an autocannon. The Qasar charge time is disgustingly long and leaves you a sitting duck for way too long.

Quasar is META, get another one on the ground at extract and swap between the two and double your fire rate

The heavy shreads bots. Recommend running the supply pack with it. I wish you cared more than the magazine but medium armor on down its like a hot knife through butter

Maybe the will upgrade MGs in the future or giving us options to buy upgrade Like giving new hmg heaver penetration more rounds stuff Like that Like mk 1 gives more rounds mk 2 reload at the run mk 3 heavy pen would be awsome for <3

Can we please put levels per shot. Because it is a bit of a lie when saying it takes 2 shots for bile titans. On Helldiver mode my teammate shot its face 4 times before it died.

Yes we shot its face, it was coming towards us so not hard to aim.

Biles only take 1 shot if you actually hit it in the head you hit it in the middle of its body then the head

They could maybe make the heavy mg pierce medium armor, and have a backpack with it with more rounds than the normal mg, that can also be team loaded?

Its good but takes too damn long to charge up when I have 4 chargers after me. It's also pretty easy to miss the sweet spot for a one shot kill. Gonna stock with the EAT.

except its not the best support weapon in game. It gets very easily overwhelmed by multiple armored units. EAT is still the best AT weapon atm especially if youre hanging around an area for any amount of time. You can literally have 10+ EATs sitting around waiting to be used if more than one person is running them.
