When you listen to someone, filter out all the non-sense and in the end evaluate what they actually said and and what they have done.
I would do this listening to former president Barry too and his theatrical performance speeches. To find he said nothing of actual significance nor did he do actually anything in the six months from his last speech.
If anything, Barry might say "We put in a plan" for this, for that, only making you wonder "Okay this has been a problem for over a year and you've done absolutely nothing, period. But you say now "we are making a plan"?
