How to Followup with People that Ghost You
You first have to understand WHY they ghost you.
Reasons why people ghost you:
1 ) They’re not interested in your network marketing business
2 ) They feel bad telling you “No”
3 ) They’re afraid you’re going to try to convince them again if they reply back
Understand that prospecting is about timing so the relationship is most important.
You want to maintain the relationship.
Why?
Because prospecting is about TIMING!
It’s just the wrong time for that person.
Plus, you never want to lose friends or shrink your network.
So this is what you say to people who ghost you.
You can use my, “Witness Protection Followup”
4 things to say
1 ) Relationship means more than anything
2 ) It’s ok you’re not interested in the business
3 ) I promise I won’t bring it up again
4 ) Can we still be friends?
Once your prospect gets that, they’ll be relieved.
You can always follow-up w them every 6 months and use an indirect follow-up and ask for referrals.
Posting consistently and having them see what you post is another way you follow-up with them.
