Whisk 2-3 tsp matcha powder with 30ml warm/hot water. Add ice to a glass, soy milk, drizzle of agave or maple and pour over the matcha. Stir and enjoy!

Good, but add the honey to the matcha while it’s warm because it doesn’t mix well
