Please share the diet food for thyroid. People if you have a plan to stop thyroid medicine and include Idoinised food is good. But please do blood checkup atleast once in 3 months to check your TSH level. Especially ladies who are planning for pregnancy and pregnant, don't stop taking thyroid medicines. It is not good for your fetus/baby.
