He was deposed by the New York Attorney General's office as part of its investigation into the Trump Organization's finances. He pleaded the 5th in all the question that was asked of him throughout his deposition. The Attorney General has a ton of evidence against him already. If I was her, I'd tell him that I would be proceeding to trial with all the evidence I had and also tell the jury that he pleads the 5th to everything, which would actually make the jury question his innocents, and let the jury decide his guilt or innocents. She could get lucky and get a conviction out of it.
