My grandma has that stainless steel hand odor remover too. She cooks with a lot of fish, garlic, and onion. She loves the way it works!

As a chef I got so anxious 😂👏 that knife needs sharpening, two yes those gloves are a good thing. Also always use a chopping board your knife will chip and blunt. (And hopefully you don’t put your knife through the dishwasher) curl your fingers so that when your chopping the knife is against your knuckles

Use any microwavable bowl with vinegar and water instead of volcano thing. It will work👍🏼
