Inventory Management - Guild Wars 2 NEW PLAYER Guide

I can already hear people in the comments judging me for my cluttered bag even after i clean it xD but it's only like this on my main character.

I still have issues with inventory management in Guild Wars 2 because of bad habits i've developed over the 10 years that i've played. Hopefully this will help some new players break these habits! and i know i hoard ingame but i promise i'm not like this irl xD

Ok i tried to give this game a chance which is why I'm here but the inventory thing made me lose interest quick. Way too much stuff and not enough inventory slots. And being new i don't know what to delete and not delete. I think i will give up for now

Thanks for this guide! I noticed though, that with the sell junk option my essences of luck seem to be sold too. Is this a bug or whats going on there?

If you are new player and intend to play the whole story i think a good advice is to not rush with buying expensive bags from the TP. In season 1 and 2 the game will gave one or two 20 slot bags for free.

bag management is a pain in this game.. so much trash items it's pathetic

You can vendor those Legendary Spikes for some silver. You probably have 40 gold worth there. I am fairly sure they are only used for a few legendaries and are not used in anything but account bound items.

Hiya, I started playing yesterday. What do I do with soulbound weapons which I don't need anymore? If I'm not mistaken I can't sell or salvage(?) them, so do I need to destroy them to save space? - And thanks for the guide. 😊

So what do I do with extra armor pieces I don't want or need in the early game? I can't find a trader to sell them to. Also I can't find the bank yet 😂

I am new to game, and I bought a lot of skins from gem store and even I am using them I still have them in inventory (in bank) and they just taking a lot of space, will I lose them if I destroy them or what shall I do?

I'm guilty of moving a lot of thing that I'm just not sure of into my bank and so it's getting even more disorganized than my bags. LOL
