I wanted to do BLW for my twins but I have developed a new fear: them choking at the same time 😨! I mostly feed them alone that's why they're still on purees at 7 months. Sometimes I give them the spoon or snack sticks to practice for now 😅 They are both good eaters though and willing to be independent to eat which is a good sign.

My baby is 7 months. Hw is enjoying baby food and a melt away apple puff ...maybe mashed fruits but my baby is not getting hunks of food like that for a while!! Im too paranoid!

About to start blw and oh my gosh my anxiety just watching this video 😂 I’ve tried my son on a few bits here and there and had a bit of a choking scare. I know it’s normal for them to choke a little but this episode was taking a little long. Is there anything you wouldn’t give your 7 month old in terms of fruit/veg because of higher risk of choking?

Oh you're baby eats really good. My 7 months old doesn't really eat that much. I finger feed him once in a while and he likes it but I think it's not good to do that (I don't know). I was thinking to just let him eat by himself just like your baby but at the same time I'm worried of chocking. So I usually make puree and also when I'm around he doesn't really drink milk from the bottle. It worries me that he's not getting enough. As I'm watching this I'm preparing the same for my baby. I will introduce him to independent eating.
