Honestly respect to France and to Fiji, for such a small country Fiji does surprisingly really well in rugby and France does also surprisingly amazing in rugby albeit rugby not even being their national sport unlike for the Fijians

Why isnt rugby 7s played for 10-12 minutes per halftime or at least stop the clock when there is a setup for scrum? I see that they wasted almost a minute between 2:45 and 3:40 when they waited for scrum setup
