I have the old version handlebar remote on my Africa Twin and it's nice not to have to be feeling around on my helmet to control the intercom. The handlebar remote sure makes it easy.

All these years I have had the original Handlebar Remote and I mounted it with the hinge on the bottom. I see in this video (very briefly) you have the remote mounted with the hinge on top. if I mount it this way how to I reverse the joystick operation?

Will the RC4 work with the Sena Srl Mesh system fitted to Shoei Neotec 2 helmets and does it restict the use of pairing other devices ie 3rd party intercoms and phones . Thanks

Your video shows that the red light on the RC4 flashes when you push and release the center button. I bought one on Amazon and when I tried to pair it to my Sena SRL the first thing I noticed was it did not flash when I powerd it up so I did not know if it was on or not, when I pushed the
+ button for 6 seconds it started flashing red, I assumed it went into the pairing mode, put may SRLinto configuration, tapped the + sign on the SRL until it said "pairing remote and then pushed the center button on the SRL. No voice comes on telling me the Remote was paired and it did not work. Tried several times with no success. Called Sena support, went through trouble shooting with three different Techs, third Tech said it was defective and to send it back. Sent it back for a replacement and it arrived today, it does the same exact thing. RC4 $99 + Tax Frustration No Charge

I’m having problems auto pairing my new RC3 remote. After I pair it manually it works fine. But every time I stop for a break on my bike ride and I turn my Sena unit back on it won’t auto pair like my phone and bike do. Is there a software update to fix this issue for the RC3?

Any plans that make a remote for 50S/R in the future? because there is Mesh button in addition this.

My handlebar remote just cracked! How about that Sena? The 10U Set have, I bought it from private person. So warranty wise, what do You suggest? Big bummer this... vheap plastic, what were you thinking. The “trigger" is metal, why not The opposite round bit? Now The whole system is useless!
