I live in Tampa fl. When in traffic all I see is out of state plates. I work in retail and been busy here. Homes in my neighborhood sell for asking price within weeks. Definitely people moving here.

The number of people relocating to Metro Atlanta is exponential. They need to leave their ideas behind in New York. Hint: you are leaving that state for a specific reason from politics, to taxes, to increased crime rates, and filth. Leave your ideas in New York, or Atlanta will become Detroit 2.0 if you bring the same ideas to Georgia trying to change us into New York. It didn't work in New York, and it won't work here. Adapt and assimilate into Atlanta cultures and ideas.
