That etching job on the Ethos is so cool! Speaking of singing on the Ethos, to my ears it's quite similar to the SR314, which is marketed as a vocal mic and really turned my head even on YouTube when I heard some singers on it. I wonder if they use the same capsule.

I've been looking at both the SM7B and Ethos since the price drop. In your video, it sounds like the Ethos is a bit more clear with a moderate boomy voice without being too muddy. However, did you notice your mouth pops and clicks being more evident with the Ethos?

I still don’t get the SM7B hype. To me, it’s got all the things I dislike about the SM58, only with the built in minimum distance to the capsule which helps with the proximity effect. But it needs a ton of EQ to sound alright and even then smears consonants. I just never like what it does to s-sounds in particular. Just don’t get it.

SM7B는 장시간 듣기에도 아주 편안하다는 장점이 있는것 같습니다. ETHOS는 노이즈도 적고 저역도 강렬하지만 오래 듣기에는 피곤하게 느껴지는군요.

I’m sorry I subscribed because I thought you might have some interesting worship ideas but you really just are expressing your eight years wow a whole eight years of experience sorry can’t do it anymore I’m going to have to unsubscribe and look for somebody with a little more ethics interesting that the name of the microphone company is ethos meaning ethical.
