Dozens Of Drivers Leaving Las Vegas On Shoulder Of 15 Freeway Busted

Nevada State Highway Patrol said they had been stopping drivers trying to bypass heavy traffic all day. DeMarco Morgan reports.

I once saw a guy pass a cop that had already pulled someone over for shoulder driving. He thought the cop was too busy to notice, so he started driving on the shoulder. Cop got him as well

In Europe when there is no breakdown the shoulder becomes an extra lane.

You have to leave Vegas at like 4 a.m. to avoid this type of traffic on a holiday weekend or even better, fly.

I have been driving since 1971 and I can say without a doubt today's drivers are horrible.

Why are people so impatient? I hope EVERYONE who drives like that gets a ticket. I bet everyone else waiting and watching found some entertainment when douche bags get stopped.

When I lived in DC people would do this all the time. So I'd see them coming in the breakdown lane and then pull in front on them into that lane and act as if my car was having issues. Their faces were priceless.
