Excellent! More suggestions:
1) Did you turn on & run the HVAC?
2) Make sure the pointing on the brick exterior is clean all around, including the b-roll clip you showed. The brick looked rough.
3) Make sure the doors & windows are sealed so that critters can’t come in from outside.
4) Landscaping done?
5) Stand across the street to check how the house looks from top to bottom.
6) Do another walkthrough the day before closing to check again because when closings are done and you get the keys and monies are paid out, you’re fully responsible and some folks may not be as responsive to you.
7) Blinds included?
8) Checked exterior lighting around exterior & alarm system?
9) Prepare for the trips to Home Depot, Lowes & Target!

My hand hurts from writing notes. I have my final inspection early Jan, then blue tape walkthrough about a week or two after... so far ive found over 100 issues, but they said to hold comments for later as some of these will already be fixed before the walk. This was excellent and I will be packing all kinds of great stuff for my walkthrough.

I would add two things.. a level and a flash light. BRING A LEVEL, your cabinets should be level, not one lower/higher than the other. good bright flashlight will help you identify issues you may not see with poor lighting
