September 1, 2022. Just purchased a 3 pound tomahawk steak. I’m going to season it and let it rest overnight in the refrigerator then take it out Saturday in slow smoke. First football game for Alabama of the 2022 season, My great Pyrenees and I are going to chow down and watch some football, the bone is the perfect size for him lol 14 months and 115 pounds.
