I can imagine if this happened in real life how relieved would the pilots be to hear "clear of conflict"

There has been instances where ATC instructed the pilots to desend when the tcas told them to climb, and they collided, they should always follow the tcas on their plane

Wow this is great, so Airbus chose to place their visual cues for TCAS RA in the vertical speed indicator...while Boeing choose to place their's in the horizon indicator, this is really great, I'm seeing this for the very first time and yet the visual cues (red/green areas) makes so much sense to me despite my being used to the Boeing visual cues. I like this...I like both.

100 ft separation... TCAS says "increase climb!" but he didn't... why?

Strange that the PF keeps an AOA of 9 degrees even when instructed by the TCAS to "increase climb". Surely I'd instantly set an AOA of 15 degrees (and reach about +4000 feet/min vario) if I heared that. They had a speed of 250 knots so plenty of speed to exchange for a better climb rate.

After the climb they were at FL100, yet ATC tells them to descend to FL110?

Wouldn't the other aircraft have gotten a descend RA? Or is the other aircraft here without TCAS altogether and kept climbing? I find it strange that they started out 100 ft apart vertically and also ended up 100 ft apart vertically when the A320 climbed about 1000 ft.

Executed in a very lazy manner. In real life, one doesn't know what stupid sh*t the intruder is going to do - so one better attend a *maximal* climb rather than just a hair into the green sector. If I was there, I'd throw the throttles to the TOGA detent right away and climb at the green dot speed.
