Bruv Shiva ain't low outer he is easily boundless. He is creation itself . Heis everything and everything is in him. He is worshipped by everyone. I am not based, he can erase existence and he contains existence. He was able to endure a poison which was able to destroy everything and his third eye is capable of destroying creation itself. That easily puts him at boundless or atleast high outer. Anyways keep up the good work.

And what they are saying that lord shiva is the creation of everything is wrong but instead its Lord VISHNU who is the creation of everything (Lord Vishnu feat - he exhales, then the multiverse and reality is created.and when he inhales, everything is destroyed.this cycle goes forever) AND (LORD VISHNU IS STROGEST NOT LORD SHIVA) hope you'll understand.have a nice day bro.
