The fourth Amendment says "the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable search and seizure." I am pretty sure knowing what is in our accounts above $600 qualifies as unreasonable search

My 82 year old parents heard that this was a “possibility” and guess who was at the bank withdrawing their funds, and at BJs buying a safe? That’s right… my dad! I told him it wasn’t active yet, and his response “it’s a warning, better safe than sorry”. The next day… I was at the bank, doing the same thing lol
