Everyone likes to judge that she uses her notes... who cares just because she is a math teacher doesn't mean she can't look at her notes it's like when you have a History Professor you think they remember every little ounce of history no they have to read and review their notes. Also, she is being recorded she has to make sure she has the answers right and being able to give as much detail as she can for the given time for the course.

In my high school Cal I course they deliberately kept this rule hidden from us so we couldn't use it when figuring out limits, they only revealed it to us in Cal II, and by Cal III it was all becoming a joke lol
