Nothing helped my excessive severe bloating walking drinking butter milk curd nothing really helped but simple half average sized papaya at night time i had three days after having butter milk and it's doing wonders to my body my intestine my mood sleep i feel so fresh after eating it... Absolutely no bloating after having food with papaya it's too good it's a wonderful fruit which i am gonna everyday at least a small bowl after having lunch and dinner with buttermilk with every meal... It really helps... It's such a wonderful magical fruit...
