I made this. I added 1/4 tsp salt and sugar. I actually did a second round with my pulp (added boiled water) to get ALL the goodness out. It’s SO good.

Only acceptable brand is WestSoy. I think anything else acceptable is either a foreign brand or foreign styled brand

By “taste like nothing” I assume you mean that it doesn’t have that bean flavor and not that it isn’t sweet? Because I just made some soymilk and the bean flavor is overwhelming. American soymilk is sweet but doesn’t taste beany.
