The workout is: 30 Dumbbell Clean and Jerks for time with 33% of your bodyweight in each hand. *athletes need to round up

I have Incorporated this into my weekly workout however I'm only using 15 lb dumbbells. Unfortunately I can't be as beasty as those guys I'm in my sixties and I suffer with lumbar stenosis. The lion share of my workout time is spent practicing jiu-jitsu, but I just felt like doing this weekly would help me with my jiu-jitsu. Once again I'm old and have lots of arthritis so I kept weight light. I like how it makes me feel so, Thank You!

this is A LOT tougher than it looks. I'm 58, 170 and recently did 50lb DB's just 10x reps unbroke and huffing and puffing like crazy. I'll have to try again for 30x reps but won't be posting my embarresssing slow time

Love that workout. Sometimes do full cleans to make it harder but with a lighter weight

Good job. But When u start to feel beat up - like forcing your self like doing extra reps or whatever - If u notice the last few reps they couldn’t do it straight press. It means u need a break. Your body is beat don’t force it.
After a break ur body is ready

About 2.5 years late here, but I did notice that he says you have to round up at the end...but Jacob and Adrian rounded down.

The black guy just let the weights come straight down instead of bednding at the elbows and controlling the weight on its descent. That poor form can duck your back up and your tendons by your elbows.
