Love your Q & A's with Dr. Weiss. He seems like a practical, nice, level headed doc. Sorry to hear about his experience with Lyme's Disease. Scary how it can affect your heart that way. Has he suffered any long term heart damage from lyme's?

My tried and successful pre-colonoscopy diet: big bowls of Thai soup made with rice noodles, tofu, soy milk and a little bit of red curry paste for flavor.

The explanation and cure for leg camps is awesome, amazing. The subject has often been discussed here and there, with sodium levels, magnesium pointed out to explain and offer a cure. Dr Weiss's explanation seems quite reasonable and plausible: indeed I have had camps after plane journeys, with those taxi rides to and from the airport, the queues for security check etc. which crawl on slowly, the sitting about before boarding, then the two hour plus of just sitting in the plane: no wonder I get camps that night.

I've been watching older videos of this series with Dr. Weiss which are new for me. Thank you again, Chef AJ, for your show which is very good.

I drank coconut water, apple juice and water on the clear liquid day before my colonoscopy. In the past when I drank only water I got very dehydrated, ended up with a migraine and nausea. You definitely need to replace your electrolytes on that day with something besides water.

You were asking “what WFPB SOS free diet can’t fix?”. And I, unfortunately can say that it doesn’t cure my SIBO - IBS condition 😢.

The SuTab is much easier to do than the liquid prep. Much easier.

Agreed, watching how the hems practically melted away within 48 hours, feels so good lol, I used what I talked about the other day, well it actually took about 72 hours for them to totally shrink and disappear, I just go’ogled Melissa Thanderski and the relief is so worth it.
