This is one of my favorite houses I've ever featured on the channel. It has delicate Japanese accents while keeping an international standard of modern design as well. If you bought a house over here would you want it to have a more Japanese interior or international interior?

This is the best house I've ever seen featured on this channel and probably the first I'd actually love to live in. Everything from the space, the heated flooring, the oven, the towel rack, the pantry, and even the screening room is just so classy and practical at the same time. I also love the solar panels and the giant battery thing. The location is great and chill, and has a wonderful view. Certainly a place I'd move into if I came into a large amount of cash.

Alex, great video! You do an awesome job showing these properties. I've never seen a house that big in Japan with a two-car garage. The price of $2.5 million is crazy (today is April 1st). I would buy instantly if I had the money. You will never have anyone build behind you because of the park, views of Fuji San, solar power, and heated floors? I can't believe the price for a place like this.
