What I like most about this home is that it's not impossible to understand. I can actually get an idea of the layout, the flow, the graphics of the house. I feel like I could blindly walk in and know my way around almost immediately, which I don't feel with most other luxury homes.

I just love Michael palumbo's style. It's not boring at all. He uses lighting very smartly for those dark warm neutrals, it just always turns out looking very warm and cozy. Also there's always some pop of color. Absolutely love it!

Funny because the 1st time I saw the interiors of this house, 1st thing that came in my mind is the house that you featured in Calabasas (which is STILL my dream house and by far I believe is still one of the best house out there) because of the similarities when it comes to the materials, layout, and color tone of the house. Oh and by the way, downside of watching you tour houses is that I can't appreciate others do it. You're just killing the competetion😉😉😉
