My Polish isn't perfect, but I'm pretty sure "za cholerę" conveys a sense of "the darn/the damn"

Good video, but she speaks so fast. I can't know how she make those sounds. The pronaunsiation of Polish is really hard. If she tries to speak a little bit slower, I can check the moves of her teeth, tongue, lips to copy them.
