Lockheed Martin has just given the world an insight into what the sixth-generation American NGAD fighter could look like and it’s everything Russian and China should be scared of. The reveal comes complete with key characteristics of the fighter, and combined with previously known information about the fighter, such as the possible wielding of the revolutionary SHiELD laser weapon, we may now know a great deal about the main capabilities of the NGAD fighter, and we’ll get to every one of them in this video. But first, we must take a look at the new official Lockheed Martin rendering that has brought the sixth-generation NGAD fighter into the spotlight once again.

I swear I just had a dream yesterday where I went to an air show and I saw the Ngad concept. After I woke up I drew it and it looks VERY similar to the rendering. It’s just a coincidence but I think it’s a really cool one

There may not be any moveable control surfaces needed on this airship. The released, declassified, empiricism, has yielded employing controlled, supersonic, bleed air over the wing surfaces to substitute for radar reflecting, and more complexity adding, moveable control surfaces. Also, no mention of the power plant most likely a 3 Stream Adaptive Cycle turbine already built by GE.
