2024 Kia Sonet preview: Stonic successor now in PH with P758k starting price | Top Gear Philippines

The Stonic sold well for Kia in the subcompact crossover class, but since its arrival here, the segment has seen the entry of quite a few models. Kia Philippines has now brought in a new contender: the 2024 Kia Sonet.

While still boasting a small footprint, the Sonet is higher-riding and better equipped than its predecessor, and also proudly wears the Korean carmaker’s latest styling cues. It’s powered by a 1.5-liter engine mated to either a six-speed manual or Kia’s Intelligent Variable Transmission, and the top-spec SX variant even comes with Kia DriveWise advanced driver assistance.

I have Raize, 1yr+ na 6k mileage, zero issues so far. But if lumabas to last yr I might have chosen this, it looks beautiful ( although i think Raize bluegreen just looks so good), and with more power, it's gonna be a hit in the PH for sure.

I own Toyota Raize 2023, 1yr with Raize no issues at all, everytime I drive it, it seems always brand new. However with the form, features and capabilities of the new Sonet, I might consider this over Raize if nauna lng to sana.

This is a threat for honda hrv too..and nissan kicks..its more powerful look than venue of hyundai and creta..this is equivalent of mazda cx30 i guess..stylish and sturdy.
