We're beginning to understand the frustration of viewers who asked us to check out Kioti a long time ago. Head to head, Deere continues to lose on paper when we compare lift capacities, standard features, weight, and of course, price too! Today we'll give you a walkaround tour of the Kioti CX2510 and compare it to the John Deere 2025R (Gen II).

I have this tractor with a belly mower and rear snowblower for the winter and absolutely love it. The loader is a beast as well. Mowing in the summer with cab and air conditioning is great and the cab keeps the bugs and dust away. Its a great tractor.

I have this very Kioti and it is AWESOME! A/C works great by the way. Loads of power and capacity. Zero complaints with it.

My CX came with the upgraded 3pt hitch arms. Extending end link and pin sway bars. I added the hydraulic top link. Absolutely love mine. 6ft 3pt finish mower, 6ft back blade with the loader for snow removal. And the a/c works fantastic, will never go without the cab ever again!

Man, you're not kidding about the bucket strength! I had 50 ton of 6-inch (a lot were as big as 12 inch) rip rap dumped in a pile last week. I used it to fill washouts on the edge of a 32 acre field. I rammed that loader bucket hundreda of times into the bottom of that rock pole with my Kioti CK4010SE while moving all that riprap. Not ONE dent or bend ANYWHERE on that 66 inch bucket!

I have a CX2510 HST, no cab, and have over 200 hours on it in about a year and a half. What it can do for its size and maneuverability continues to make me happy I bought it.

With loaded tires (Rim Guard) and rear ballast, it *can* lift somewhere about 1000 lbs palletized and evenly distributed on forks, but must keep it low, slow, and on the level (requires extreme caution).

Loader technique is impotant to master for bulky and heavy things like rock or wet dirt. It handles a grapple very well, larger logs handle better with at least a box on the back for ballast.

Yes, it has capacity limitations and at 25 HP, it must be in a low gear and slow going up a hill towing or under heavy load, but it can do it.

When I feel like it comes up short (and it does), I remind myself I would need a much bigger machine and have to live all the time with more than I need most of the time.

Sometimes I experience those limits as lack traction, slower speed under load, or with the loader when I wish I could lift a full ton on a pallet.

But, those are true limitations, just known constraints, because it wasn't designed to be more than it is. That said, it does exceed slightly its paper specs.

It's a real workhorse, tiny but stout and very capable, period.

I think Mister Green has been resting on his laurels for far too long.

I bought my Kioti almost 3 years ago and my buddy bought the equivalent size john deere just about the same time. I haven't had a single issue or problem with my kioti and my buddy has had his deere back in the shop twice now for three different issue. Plus he had some storm damage that needed cleaned up and my kioti would out lift his deere every time. I always joke with him about how I bet he is glad there are a lot of deere service centers since he needs them all the time..lol..

5 years ago i researched tractors for a snow plow company. I looked at deer, Kubota, tym and Mahindra.
Looked at the 40hp series. Deer had nothing available for at least a year. Kubota dealer didn't even let me sit in one, (and got a mechanic to answe questions -who was annoyed at being interrupted). TYM dealer took lots of time to answer questions and handed me the keys to one to take for a spin.
Mahindra dealer did as well. TYM and Mahindra were equally priced, significantly less than Deer or Kubota.
Just this year upgrading to the 60 hp.
Similarly specs on deer and Mahindra.
30k difference.
And the dealer support from Mahindra has been phenomenal!

We need to break the deere /Kubota dominance. These vids and dealers like you will help!

I bought its big brother in June. CK4010SE cab. Came over from WI in Aug and got an HLA snow pusher a quick hitch and some weights. Great service from your people! Load and go! Tractor has been great in the 25 hours I have on it now. I got it for the 1900lb loader capacity. Rim guard in the rears and an addition 8 suitcase weights will work great for snow this winter.

I’m impressed. I have a 2925R. This all sounds better. It looks goofy with the cab and that cab is brutally hot in the spring through fall on warm to hot days. That increased lift height and capability is a nice feature as well. We run it as the yard tractor and it does mini round bales to 27”. There’s enough power & speed to meet our needs there. We also have a 3039R as well so it is used when the other can’t do the job. We like them, we have run very large green machines before selling the ranch/farm before retiring and selling out. It’s what we had & know. The dealership treats us pretty good still, but I have looked at a couple of low hour used Kiyotis lately and one is really nice, with about 800 hours and not a scratch. It’s a even more Hp than the 3 series we have but about the same $$$ brand new. This one is a couple of years old and pulled a mower conditioner, hay rake, small baler, loader, flail it did it all. We will get the accessories as well. As a package it adds up, but hard to beat lightly used prices!! As you know! 😊😊

Thank you. I am enjoying your videos.
The small tractor world is a fascinating place. I grew up on a small farm, so had a good basic knowledge.
Then I recently decided we needed a tractor because we moved to the country. And my research began.
Naturally, it started at JD and Kubota. But the pricing made me look elsewhere.
I wasn't even much aware about Kioti. So we went to a dealer. Was thinking CX or CK (hope I got those letters right).
Ended up buying a DX. Still under 10 hours, but really enjoying it so far! Anxiously waiting for snow!

Edit: Yes, of course. It's the DK4220. With cab, because my good wife convinced me I'm too old to be operating at minus 30 in an open station tractor

I strongly considered the CX2510 and it is a fine machine. I ultimately bought the JD 2025R due to having a dealer close by and the resale value. Totally pleased with it. Given proper operation and maintenance either machine will get the job done and be worthy to own.

I’d love to see you use this tractor on the channel for a while. This looks like a perfect size

Love my Kioti tractor. When looking for a tractor, the big turn off for me with John Deere was their proprietary attachments, and no air conditioning.

Good video! Love my Kioti with front loader and backhoe attachment puts this machine in a class of its own. AC and rain this season kept me going without any excuses. Go get one as explained in this vid. This is a heavy duty 🚜 that does not disappoint believe me from New Hampshire!

Bought my CX2510 HST last April. SE version doesn't fit my garage so mine is less well equipped then this one. Not to worry. I am a retired infantry officer and wether on foot, in my APC, Stryker or hanging down a parachute, you come to think that feeling the sun, rain or snow on your face is a necessity. Bought the bucket, the grapple and a gradebox for it, and extra back weight. Very impressed so far. Looking forward for the coming winter here north of Quebec city. Should be lots of fun.

Would have loved more options when I was shopping in GA!

The two local Deere dealerships wouldn’t event bat an eye when I walked in ready to buy. Kubota dealers worked for the deal and I walked away team Orange.

Ok... I love this little tractor. The cab is great, and whoever the engineer was that added the outside valve for the 3 point... Give 'em a cookie. Genius and that is incredibly useful.
