No doubt, as soon as Zeke was released, I'm sure he was getting a few calls for other playoff bound teams. We didn't mess around. We can use him, so we signed him. Zeke has a lot of playoff experience, and we definitely can use it. One playoff game at a time. Go Chargers

I got excited when Jerry released him, "to give Zeke the respect he deserves and the ability to play in the playoffs" (paraphrased). I texted a friend at the time about how I hoped the Bolts would pick him up, but then nothing happened, so the thought floated away until a few hours ago. Zeke will give this team some insurance certainly, but also a guy who can still play. This could be really cool.

Let’s face it, it was only a matter of time before Dobbins would miss some games for us. I was amazed he lasted as long as he did without injury.

Also, this could mean that the Gus Edwards situation is worse than we thought.

Also, this shows that front management, although maybe a few seasons away from a real SB run, they still want to give us the best chance at this playoff opportunity. Zeke may not be the RB he used to be, but he’s a veteran and very good at pass protection.
