For me verbally repeating where I parked is usually sufficient. You're more likely to remember something you said out loud than something you only thought.

I have ADHD and I do this all the time with parking, it's also helpful when I'm flying to take a picture of the compartment I put my luggage in (if there wasn't room in the compartment directly above my seat)

I never knew that was part of ADHD. I have had trouble with directions/instructions my whole life. I have a very bad sense of direction and always getting lost. I'm 54 and I believe I've been living with ADHD all my life and finally figuring it out.

The amount of times I get lost somewhere is ridiculous. My mind is constantly going a million miles an hour that I forget I need situational awareness as well lol. My sense of direction is so bad, I get lost in video games with maps!

i do this all the time when i park in the city .. you can also use google maps to save your location so you can gps your self to your car ..
