My question would be in regards to the warranty/repairs. We currently have a Portal Go and it suffered a crack on the screen. When I contacted FB they offer no repairs (even though I made it clear we would pay for it) they will only replace/repair under the limited warranty. Which only covers manufacturer flaws. Do you have any information regarding the Echo Show 10?

Just heard the name of this device from Facebook. BTW, I like Amazon Echo devices because they may better use of Mediatek chipsets.

You forgot to rank the microphone quality.
In Facebook Portal, it is absolutely terrible and I can't hear anything my family members are saying unless they are speaking directly to the microphone (Which is tiny and tends to get clogged).
I played this video hoping to learn how the Echo was in comparison and was disappointed that it wasn't brought up...

The echo show is useless in comparison. Cant load apps onto it, so cant use any video chat apps like skype and messenger. It’s just an overpriced intercom, id recommend the Portal Go over the echo show any day.
